How do I sync up VMWare guest VM time to host VM?

If you are running Windows VM, you should have VMware Tools installed.

Right click on the VMWare Tools icon and select Properties.
From the Options tab, check the time synchronization box.

Make sure you run the time resync command in the command prompt: t32tm /resync
