After spending the entire weekend researching on how to open up the HMO feature and install backdoor on Tivo version 6.2, I completed with success. I'm a Windows person and I know the OS in and out but I hate Linux.
To share your music and photos with Tivo, you must install the Desktop media server downloaded at Tivo.com.
