I was in training yesterday and the training office did not have Internet access.
I know that the T-mobile Dash smartphone I have has the capability of sharing its
Internet access. So I played around with the setting and struck gold. It was pretty
easy to setup.

On the Dash, go to Start>Accessories>Internet Sharing on
the PC Connection make sure is set to USB or Bluetooth
PAN and Network Connection make sure is set to T-Mobile
Data and hit Connect. That should do it. You should be able
to get an IP address from the Dash for your laptop to be able to connect to the Internet.

From your PC, connect to the Dash with USB cable or Bluetooth PAN (preferred). The
connection is as fast as GPRS could offer but it is better than nothing when you are
desperate for an Internet connection.
